Reverse Flow Privacy Policy

Introduction
Reverse Flow is a fire service hydraulic calculator and utility application. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use Reverse Flow, including the iOS app with Meta SDK / Meta App Events enabled.
Information We Collect
Reverse Flow does not require user accounts or login credentials. The app may collect limited app and device information for analytics, advertising attribution, marketing measurement, and improving the app.
This may include Device ID / device identifiers, product interaction / app usage events, and purchase history related to a Reverse Flow Pro purchase event. This information may be linked to a user or device.
In-App Purchases
Reverse Flow Pro entitlement is handled by Apple In-App Purchase, cordova-plugin-purchase, and local entitlement logic. Meta is not used to determine Pro entitlement.
Apple processes In-App Purchases. Reverse Flow does not collect or receive credit card numbers, payment card details, or payment credentials.
Meta SDK and App Events
Reverse Flow uses Meta SDK / Meta App Events for app and event analytics, advertising attribution and measurement, developer advertising or marketing, and Pro purchase event measurement.
Meta App Events may receive device identifiers, product interaction or app usage events, purchase history related to a Pro purchase event, and basic app/device information needed for those purposes.
How We Use Information
Reverse Flow may use collected information to understand app usage, measure Pro purchase events, measure advertising performance, support developer advertising or marketing, improve app reliability, and make the app more useful for firefighters and fire service training.
Data Sharing
Reverse Flow may share limited app event, device identifier, product interaction, and Pro purchase event information with Meta for analytics, advertising attribution, advertising measurement, and developer advertising or marketing. Reverse Flow does not sell personal information.
Tracking and Advertising Measurement
Some information collected through Meta SDK / Meta App Events may be used for tracking as defined by Apple when it is used for advertising, advertising attribution, or advertising measurement. Users can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
Information We Do Not Collect
Reverse Flow does not collect precise location, contacts, health or fitness data, photos or videos, emails or text messages, browsing history, search history, payment card details, or sensitive information.
User Choices
You can manage tracking permissions for Reverse Flow in iOS Settings. You can also manage ad and privacy preferences through Apple settings and Meta settings.

Children's Privacy
Reverse Flow is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
Data Security
Reverse Flow uses reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app and by service providers used for analytics and measurement.
